We are mentors, educators, leaders, and encouragers who believe every girl has unique gifts, purpose, and potential. Together, we create a safe, uplifting environment where girls can learn, grow, and become the confident young women they were created to be.

Winckler

Aletté Winckler is a speaker, mentor, entrepreneur, and transformational leader with a deep passion for helping young girls and women discover their true worth, confidence, and identity. With a background in Image Consulting and personal development, Aletté has spent years guiding people not only in how they present themselves outwardly, but in how they see themselves inwardly.

Her journey began in the world of image and personal styling, where she quickly realised that true confidence is never built on appearance alone. Behind every insecurity, comparison, and self-doubt was a deeper need for identity, healing, belonging, and self-worth. This insight became the foundation of her life’s work.

Through her work across multiple platforms, Aletté has become known for her warm, encouraging, and deeply transformational approach to confidence-building. She believes that every girl carries unique beauty, purpose, leadership potential, and value — and that confidence grows when girls feel seen, heard, equipped, and loved.

As the owner of You With Confidence, The Confidence Co. (Girl-School and the like), and several other transformational initiatives, Aletté has created spaces where girls can grow emotionally, socially, and personally in age-appropriate and empowering ways. Her programs help girls build healthy habits, emotional intelligence, resilience, kindness, leadership skills, and strong character while embracing both their inner and outer beauty.

Aletté is especially passionate about inner healing and identity work. Her heart is to help girls navigate the pressures of comparison, social media, self-image, friendships, and growing up with confidence and clarity. She believes that confident girls become grounded women who lead with compassion, courage, wisdom, and purpose.

As a mother herself, Aletté brings authenticity, care, and real-life understanding into everything she teaches. Her mentorship style is uplifting, practical, nurturing, and inspiring — helping girls not only believe in themselves, but become the confident young women they were created to be.

Through You With Confidence, Aletté is building more than programs — she is building a movement that equips the next generation of girls to rise with confidence, character, and purpose.

Cehane Lubbe

I am, first and foremost, a lover of Jesus, a wife to an awesome husband, and a new mom to my precious son.

I am enthusiastic about worship and I have a passion for teaching and investing in young people’s personal lives while educating them.

At Girl-School, I absolutely love working with little girls and teenagers, empowering them, and making them see the beauty in themselves.

Tselane Mochaka

Born and raised in Lesotho, I am a devoted Christian and proud mother of two. I hold a B.Com Management degree from the National University of Lesotho and have been working in marketing since 2013, combining strategy, communication, and storytelling to create meaningful connections.

As a mother to a daughter navigating today’s fast paced life, The Confidence Co and Girl-School hold a special place in my heart. Every day, I see the challenges young girls face in a culture shaped by social media, comparison, and ever-changing messages about identity and self-worth. I am passionate about helping girls build confidence through a faith-based foundation, knowing who they are, whose they are and the unique purpose for which they were created.

Within The Confidence Co, I help shape the content and messaging that carry our mission to families, schools, and communities. I am honoured to work alongside Aletté Winckler and an incredible team, helping spread a message of confidence, identity, purpose, and hope to girls across South Africa and beyond.
